What is on your menu today (PHOTO FRIDAY) RNYers?
OMG I love his face! His multi-colored nose is amazing! I am glad he's feeling better. He must have been so scared. I seriously can't deal with pets in pain. I turn into a basket case. I was crying in the waiting room dropping Chloe off for her surgery a few months ago. I knew she would be fine but I knew she was scared and that just tipped me over the edge :(
So happy to hear you're feeling better Daisy. I'm praying you and your doctors can figure out your triggers and get a good care plan in place. QOTD I sleep less since surgery. I fall asleep quickly most night but after 6 or 7 hours I am awake. And thete is no sense staying in bed because I can't go back to sleep so I just roll with it and get up. Accountability was perfect yesterday but weight is unchanged at 124.6--hate when that happens. I was so good there should be a reward right? Oh well I'll get up and do it again. Lily and I will coat up and head out in a second for our 4 miles and will do at least another mile later. Here's the food for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 1 c Santa Fe chicken soup D 4 oz burger patty with cheese S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day full of smart choices everyone!
This is so right. I think it might mess with our heads how we go from losing 20 pounds in a month at the beginning to it taking maybe a year if you are a long way out or dealing with regain.
