Hope you get to relax over the weekend and shake off some of the stress! Any possibility with the other job you had been looking at? I know you weren't jazzed about the commute though.

I am sorry your week was so bad! Those Walker Shortbread cookies are evil and so good! I cannot have them in the house. I hope you get some rest this weekend and some time to clear your head and you can get a plan. I agree, you need a new job.

I hope you continue to feel better and that you can enjoy your party! Im happy I've craved out time for myself again today to post. Need to stay on the bus here.

QOTD: In general I sleep better better. I used to have sleep apnea and that woke me up constantly now I usually sleep pretty soundly unless I'm stressed. Last few weeks haven't been great.

Accountability: I was fine all day yesterday until my package of Alyssas healthy bites came and I ate more than planned or needed. My dailies were 1010 which is too high for me to maintain on so I'll meed to do better today. So far so good. Going all CAMAW today.

B: coffee with premier protein and Ham

S: prosciutto

D: leftover steak

calories: 825 protein: 155 carbs: 3

Good afternoon,

Im a nervous cat mom and I have an hour before I can call to check on Misty. She got spayed and declawed today. Praying my baby is okay.

I go to Celebrate Recovery every Friday night, it has a depression class I attend. Saturday picking Misty up and I have to go to my dads to pickup tickets to the live theater for Sunday since he is not up to it. He's been having a hard time walking due to a lot of pain since before Christmas and it's just getting worse. He finally went to the doctor and they X-ray him. His arthritis is really bad so they are sending him to orthopedic doctor. I hope he can get in soon. My work is having their Christmas party on Saturday night. Sunday is church and the play. Busy weekend.

Last night I ate at our class, pizza, salad and cookies since I was hungry and couldn't wait two-3 hours later to eat at home.

Qotd I feel I sleep better now than before. I don't have a cpap machine hooked to me now.
