What is on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
So sorry to hear about your migraines Daisy. I hope you can get some relief somehow.
Ive been MIA due to very very stressful work situation, dealing with both kids being gone and a very ill sister. I've been on reading but haven't found the energy to post. Hopefully I can get back on more cause I realize it's important. I've been CAMAW-omg after the holidays but now have a bit of a stomach bug and not really eating much and meat sound awful right now. Anyway I'll be back. Just wanted to drop in and say hi to everyone.

Good evening everybody. Late post for me, I had to run out to the sleep doctor's this morning. I never get used to the internal doctors visits. I'm just conditioned to sitting on the bed and being tested. Anytime they say to sit in the chair and chat is seems odd to me. The appointment was uneventful and I'm going back in 6 months to see if I will get off of the CPAP. I don't really mind sleeping with it but its a disastrous mess for my nightstand. Constantly sweeping things onto the floor.
I had my first chomps the other day. I thought of Janet when I saw it.
My knees held out, so off to the pool for another swim.
