Day 12 - Post-Holiday Reset - AMAW/CAMAW - Back to Basics
Well folks, it's January 8th and that's the day I initially said we'd end the reset. How have you done? I'll post a last thread tomorrow for your thoughts on how it's gone and what you learned.
I kept to plan yesterday and did a great evening workout with my trainer. As will happen sometimes, the scale is up .2 pounds rather than down. Oh well, as we all know, the scale is a fickle thing.
I'm not feeling well today. After my first cup of coffee this morning, my stomach got upset and I'm not sure whether it's the coffee or a bug. I'm going to do without any more coffee today and I've taken an Alka Seltzer and I'm sipping on a Ginger tea to try to settle things. Not sure what my menu will end up being today but there is a container of chicken zoodle soup in the fridge at home that may hit the spot.

Hi All -
I've really stuck to plan the last three days - and exercised every day, too. My weight has fluctuated by a couple of pounds since we started - up & down, up & down. It's currently in the middle of that. We'll see what it says tomorrow...
today I had:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with 2 T pomegranate seeds, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: 1 C homemade cottage cheese, two protein peanut butter balls
AS: TJ's High Fiber cereal with unsweetened cashew milk
D: butter chicken over cauliflower rice
that's it for today - I'm at my calorie limit (boo!)
ex: Zumba Gold
