Thank you Jen! I am so happy that you are here! I consider you a force of nature, brilliant, successful, and so very, very perceptive. As far as celebration goes, I absolutely get positive reinforcement every single day in so many ways, even just by walking and feeling tall and so wonderfully slim - it really does feel awesome! We are all in this together, all of us WLS folks, and we will be for the rest of our lives. It's not something we will really ever graduate from - we are always going to have to hold our own reins and pay attention to our behaviors and the feelings that drive us. I'm so glad to know you and thank you so much for your kind words and support!

Thank you so much Trish! I just realized that both you and I have lost 223 pounds! That really is amazing! I find myself having to tell myself that I really am thin enough - there is a perfectionist streak in me which whispers "If 129 is good, 125 is better"! If I could guarantee those few pounds would come off of my abdomen I'd keep losing for sure! But I am really looking too thin on top and am in a freaking size 0 or 2 on the bottom, so just how thin is thin enough? I think I'm there. So onward to a lifetime of careful monitoring - this is fine and a thousand times preferable to throwing it all to the winds and ending up heavy again! We are all members of the same clan and we're in this together! Thank you for all of your kind words and for all of your wonderful support. It - and you - are very appreciated!
Yay!! Hurray for maintenance. So very very very proud of you.

Thank you, thank you Sheila! Your kindness and encouragement, your words of wisdom, and your friendship mean so much to me! I just love you to pieces! And I'm incredibly proud of you, too, my beautiful friend! Here's to tall boots, good health, loving friends and family, and joyful lives!
Wow, that is amazing! I think just a little bit ago you posted and were 140? It makes me very happy seeing stories like yours, especially as I am struggling to lose my last 20ish pounds.
I can't wait to hear more updates about you transitioning into maintenance and where you end up leveling off at and how many calories that ends up being.
Best wishes and here is to starting off 2019 in a great way!

Thank you so much, Haley! I'll be here posting as I experience this transition for sure - OH has been a huge help to me and I never want to stray. You guys help me in every way! Who else would understand what we go through? Nobody, that's who! We are family. You'll lose those last 20 for sure! Hang in there, and thank you for your very kind words! Here's to a fabulous 2019 for both of us - and for everyone here as well!
