You inspired me to get all fancy -- I put my breakfast ever roast in the microwave, but I layered my cheese in between..it was like cheese chicken lasagna...it was so good, I ate it way too fast - but SO DELICIOUS.

Good morning! Got a 2 mile jog in this morning and weights (upper body), but I'm really feeling very "Monday" today.
qotd: it depends on the protein for me. I always over estimate denser things like chicken breast, but when I weigh out 3 oz of lunchmeat, it seems like a LOT more than I actually want to eat.
Menu today:
breakfast: 4 oz leftover salmon at home, coffee all morning at work (I switched to decaf after the first cup) with half and half
lunch: didn't look at the menu yet
dinner: chicken marinating in the fridge, and probably a small spinach salad

Good morning OH! So nice to see you here Daisy! I had a very productive weekend, it was great if you don't count the end of days/last supper eating I did. BUT! It's a new day/week and I am prepared for everything and have plan B and C in place. I shopped and planned and packed my a$$ off. I finished my vision board, posted positive and motivating memes on the fridge and bathroom mirrors and more in my office this morning. After watching several episodes of Tidying Up on Netflix, I cleaned my closets! I went through all my clothes/shoes and kept only things that brought me joy. I ended up with 7 bags of donations. I also cleaned out the spare bedroom/collect all room. I want to do the same in the kitchen and garage now! We have too much stuff, it's ridiculous.
QOTD - I weigh everything and never guesstimate at home, I know I am not capable! I try to challenge my scale, and I'm in the ballpark but I could see it getting way off... If I am out at a restaurant or friends house, I use my best guess and move on. I bought a pocket/portable scale but I've never used it because it's just too weird.

S-cucumber and red pepper slices, 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt dip
d- 4 oz shredded chicken breast, 1 oz blue cheese, Franks wing sauce
v/l - multi/calcium x 2, b12, iron
e-gym -30 min cardio, 15 min weights

I read an article about this "tidying up" show. Can' wait to watch it. I'm an organization fanatic so would love to get some pointers to organize and de-clutter even better.

If I remember your beautiful closet photo correctly, I think you've got the organization part down!! The show helped me downsize and let go of a lot of stuff. We tend to overthink everything but she makes it all so pleasant and calming, it didn't stress me out at all. Can't wait to watch more!!
