What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers?
Thank you my friend
So very happy to be back and on OH! I hope the swelling goes down soon. It's uncomfirtable even sitting at my desk, I feel like the skin around my ankle is stretching. This had never happened to me not even at my heaviest. Admitted I didn't have the most comfortable shoes, fashion before function!

Happy Monday Menu Peeps,
This weekend went by with a blink of an eye! I slept a lot. My Fitbit measured 8+ hours on Friday night and 9+ hours for Saturday night. It was truly relaxing. We didn't have plans per se but did go out for dinner on Friday with another couple that had surgery with our surgeon. We were her first couple and they were her second couple. It was nice to go out and meet another couple who has had surgery together. My clothes dryer stopped working on Saturday so I had to dry my clothes the old fashion way -> hanging laundry out on the line. It was a breezy day so things dried quickly and smelled so good. The part has been ordered to fix the dryer. Yesterday, friends came over to watch football and I had a love affair with the chips and dip but I did make it to the gym both days this weekend.
Accountability: chips and dip happened during the games yesterday
QOTD: I still weigh and measure frequently, not everything but most things.
B: PP chocolate shake with vitamins
32 ounces water or hot decaf tea
L: 3 ounces roast with few carrots, potatoes, and onions
32 ounces water or hot decaf tea
D: zoodles with meat sauce
32 ounces water or maybe crystal light
Trying for 20 minutes on the elliptical and weights after work today.
You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Good morning all! I had a nice weekend and tried to balance some activity and some rest. When I do too much on the weekend, I'm not rested to go back to the office and face the week. I got in a 4.5+ mile run at the lake yesterday and that was great to get out and enjoy nature. There were lots of dogs walking their people on the trails and that was cool.
I stuck to plan yesterday although more coffee than water. I'm hoping that being back in the office will change the balance today.
Menu:
B1: coffee & 5 almonds
B2: 2 HB eggs
S: Chomps
L: chicken caesar salad w/o croutons
S: salmon jerky, Chomps
D: either TJ's chicken sausages or salmon patties
Exercise: I think I'm going to go to my trainer's class after work.

Occasionally, you'll see people ealk their dogs but in the case of most dogs...it really is the dogs walking their people...

Good morning Daisy and thank you for starting us on this wonderful monday! I'm back on the 5 day work week -- it will be good to have everyone back in the office so I can get stuff done, lol. I think I am going to go ahead and take christmas to new years off for 2019.
My weekend was good, I got a lot done around the house, took a semi break from the internet and did my first bungee class (after doing an aerial balance class). This time last year no way I could have done an hour class followed by a 75 minute class. My upper body is a bit sore today but overall feeling fine!
QOTD - I have to rely on the food scale, I am not very good at the portion sizing at all. Although, this weekend I was measuring out my ever roast chicken and i was convinced the scale was wrong...because it took so many slices to make the 3 oz. Never though 3 oz could look like "too much food" (it wasn't, it was just right food). Sub question - does anyone get stupidly excited when their portion comes out right on the nose? I was so excited when the slices came out perfectly and I didn't have to tear one into pieces to make up the difference!
10.5 months out
Coffee + .25 oz HWC, Coffee + 1.5 oz premier, then tea all day
B - 3 oz ever roast chicken, 1 oz applewood smoked cheddar
L - L&F greek, 1 oz cheddar
d - 4 oz of my hungarian goulash left overs from Saturday (which came out very tasty!)
ES - eggnog-cheesecake SF protein pudding

I do! It's an accomplishment to put the exact amount on the scale. I do it all the time with pulled pork and get super excited when it's exactly 3 oz.
