What's on your menu today SATURDAY RNYers?
Good morning weekenders! Today is pretty low key for me. I've been fighting a sinus infection for over a week, so I'm taking it easy with a book today, but DH and I are going to my cousin's place tonight to play Mario Party.
CAMAW is still going strong and I'm down on the scale a pound or two.
breakfast: lots of coffee.
lunch: I woke up late so lunch is kind of also breakfast. I might make eggs and just go with it
dinner: I'm not sure if my cousin will have food or what it will be. I'm waiting to hear from her. If it's not something I want to eat, I'll make a turkey burger with cheese here at home before I go
maybe a Greek L&F for a snack at some point. I got a limited edition flavor that I like--Creme brûlée!

Hello RnY Weekenders! Happy Saturday to you!
HIllary, thanks for starting us off. I'm glad that your meeting with the surgeon went so well!
This morning I'm down another 1/2 pound, to 130.8! Now I am very close to just calling a halt to further weight loss - I am honestly looking very thin, especially in my face and upper body. I reached my original goal to be under 150 some time ago, and am 19 pounds below that goal now. My current BMI is 19.9. I think I am going to work on adding in some more protein, pulling up to 100 grams if i can, and letting my calories be a little higher if necessary to get the additional protein, and see how things go. Soon I'll have a Dexa scan too, which will be conclusive, but in looking at myself, the only place I still seem to have some fat is around my abdomen, and even that seems comparatively pretty small. Anyway bit by bit I'm coming in for a landing in terms of my descent down the scale!
First: lots of delicious tea!
B: ranch flavored tuna packet, Greek yogurt, smoked gouda
L: sausage, hard boiled egg
D: Trader Joe's Chile Lime chicken burger
S: another tuna packet if necessary
Wishing you all a wonderful day!
