Sorry to hear about your friend's illness. I have a friend who was hospitalized with that a few years ago, as well. It sounds viciously painful!
I second the advice to jettison the gingerbread house or it will keep enticing you, spicy little siren that it is, until it's gone. Some things are best enjoyed in photos!

Tomorrow is Saralisa's birthday! 25 years ago at this time my water broke and I went to the hospital. I am so thankful that I have her in my life!
QOTD: Yes, I used to eat when stressed (and sometimes still do, but I try to eat something healthy). Other coping mechanisms are taking a nap, drinking a cup of coffee, going for a walk.
Accountability: I ate too much yesterday. Protein - 103, Calories - 1,436, Carbs - 150.

Photo Friday: Photo 1: I cut about 5 inches off the ends of my hair. (It was getting straggly). Photo 2: I have been working on a photo album for Saralisa of her baby and childhood pictures. This is the picture that is on the cover. Wasn't she a cute little tyke? (I may be a little biased. LOL)
