Good Morning and Happy Fri-YAY! Love the pics Daisy-I know you all love to get out there in the snow. Please kiss those cutie pups for me.

Today is my birthday and on my list is new running shoes so that will happen this weekend! I am taking a few hours off this afternoon to have coffee with my sister and who knows what else we will do this weekend but I know it'll be great.

QOTD: I need my exercise time. That and coffee are what keep me sane.

Time since surgery: 4 years 4 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: SF almond milk latte, Korean Kimchi BBQ pork rinds and carbmaster cottage cheese

D: Trader Joes Chile lime chicken burger, mashed cauliflower with shredded cheese, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: An hour stair climber and 35 mins of elliptical this morning

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1238 Protein:120 Carbs:91 Fat:53
