Good morning Daisy and menu folks. TGIF! I was off from 12/21 and came back to work on 01/02, I am a routine driven person so was glad to get back to work. Now I am counting down the days until our Western Caribbean cruise in April. We have never been on a cruise so we are excited, our gift to ourselves for celebrating 25 years of marriage! Joddie and I are both doing concentrating on low carb and doing it together so it is making it easier for me, we are prepping our lunches together, makes it nice.
QOTD - Same as you Daisy, I have to go to the gym or get outside. I need to move...I pace if not and then I Graze. It can be a pain at times as the gym is 30 minutes from the house, but well worth it. The gym has been crazy busy since 01/01, I applaud people for trying, but am anxious for the calm after the storm.

That ship sailed every week out of Seattle to Alaska. It's a really big ship
About eating. I look at it as a dream where other people make me beautiful protein. I can have as little as I want. We also share bites of each other food.
Skip the bread basket, the side of carbs.
The buffet is full of cheap carbs.
The cruise ships serve cheaper food earlier in the cruise. They save some good stuff towards the end when the regular people have overdosed and not eating as much.
I have never had a bad time on a cruise. Walk around. I keep walking to find hidden off spots. Sunrises and sunsets are fun too.
Have fun.
Here's me onour 25th in Alaska. I also believe in balconies.
