Morning folks! It's my first day back in the office so this is a quick start. How is everyone doing? Are you back to the routine of life again? Are your guests gone and you're ready to get back on track? Today is a new day and let's do this together!

I stayed busy all day doing sorting and reorganizing in my attic. I have a very small kitchen so I keep alot of my baking supplies and serving dishes up there. Lots of trips up and down the stairs and schlepping things around. I drank alot of coffee and ice tea, so my fluid numbers were good but I really was short on plan water.

I was short on total calories and protein (even with a shake) but also low on carbs.

Today being back in the office, I hope to eat better. I'm on my second cup of coffee and plan to switch to water for the rest of the day other than an early afternoon cup of coffee.

I have a 1/2 hour cyber session with my trainer this evening and I plan to do a 3+ mile walk at lunch.

Post how you're doing and your goals for today!

To be honest, I am not doing well. I am hoping the return of a normal schedule will help my routine and eating schedule. Today I am better prepared than yesterday and I have a plan. Powering through the plan will be my challenge for today.

I find BLTs are getting in my way. My window is closing in and I still want to lose another 15-20 pounds.

Off to the gym soon.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

I have two main goals today: Stay on my food plan and complete the tasks on my list in preparation to our return to sunny Florida on Friday.

I did well yesterday and hope I can continue it today. It is easier when I am busy and I will be for the next few days.

Good morning everyone. Yesterday was a good day and on track!! I had a quiet day at home with lots of hot mint tea. I really focused on fluids yesterday.

Today will be busy. I am headed into Portland with my daughter to get supplies for work and to Costco. I don't have to go back to wor****il next Tuesday and I am really enjoying my time off.

Have a great day everyone.

I made it through my first day of back to basics. The coffee creamer was calling my name all day, but I was able to resist. Hopefully that gets easier with time. Had lemon flavored tea in the evening that was way too tart. Peppermint tonight instead. Nipped under my 1000 calorie goals well.

Same weight today as yesterday and having a harder time staying on plan today. Already ate some carby beef jerky and it's hard for me to not just throw in the towel and go eat a cookie. I won't though, because if I can't lose the regain now it's never gonna happen.

yesterday wasn't good - too many sweets at the party. I felt like crap all evening, and this morning I woke up feeling bloated and not hungry at all. Luckily, I'm still not hungry. I'm filling up very fast on very little today. I just had some pre-yoga protein pudding (because I'm going to two back-to-back classes and won't be home until 7:00-ish) and feel like a blimp. Good! Feeling like a blimp means I won't feel like eating for awhile. I may get through this day on less than 1500 kcal!! (my maintenance range is 1500-1700 - I'm not purposely eating under that, but if I do, then great!!!)
