Take care, Cara. I could tell that you were stressed when you declined to provide a cheese by cheese commentary a couple of weeks ago and just provided one global analysis of all cheeses.

Hi everyone,
Just a quick drive by today,
Sorry I haven't been around for a while, over the last few days I've been dealing a very nasty stomach bug that has me down big time. Can't keep an ounce of food down. The only thing I can somewhat tolerate is a little chicken broth followed by some really dry crackers to help bind me up. I think i've only been able to keep about 3 or 4 oz of water down. Time to try some Powerade Zero for electrolytes.
Enjoy the rest of your night everybody!

Take good care of yourself! I like the mixed berry (blue) Powerade Zero. You may also want to try some herbal tea, especially strong lemon ginger tea. The ginger should really help your tummy.
