Good morning everyone~ Congrats Cynthia!! I know you'll do fantastic! I'm all outta sorts and don't know what day it is. It doesn't feel like Wednesday! I'm back to work, but off tomorrow for several appts then back on Friday, then off for the weekend... Next week is where I think normal comes back, haha! It's also back to the gym M-Th for me and I'm really looking forward to going.

QOTD - A challenge this week would be to stop winging it and get back to my normal eating routine regardless of my schedule. Follow the plan w/no additions or BLT's.

Accountability - I had an extra yogurt last night but that doesn't explain the 2 pounds I'm up this morning?

Some days when the scale doesn't make sense, i wonder if it has a spirit that just likes to mess with me...and mess isn't the four letter word that I use when I'm having that conversation in my head, lol.

Hello my RnY friends! Happy Wednesday!

Congratulations, Cynthia, on your new job! Best of luck with it - it sounds like a great match for you! I was in sales long ago and I loved it. I used to walk around feeling like there were chunks of gold lying on the sidewalk, just waiting for me to pick them up! In fact I would like to go back into sales now, but am not sure yet what or where.

Yesterday was a good day for me, plus I weighed in at a new low - 131.4 -which was exciting and a good harbinger for the year to come! That's true even though today I'm back up to 132.0. I attribute that to having had some salted roasted almonds at night, an indulgence I finally nipped in the bud by dumping them in the trash & covering them with the cat food my two Siamese refused to eat. I won't buy them again - they were left over from the Christmas Eve appetizers I had made. But being up scale-wise can't last - I am determined to head just a bit further down to 127. Then I will work to maintain! Anyway, I heard from some very dear friends yesterday and got some things done, which made me happy!

I'm going to have a talk with the woman I rent from today to let her know this will be my last month here. I haven't a new place yet and the whole situation is tough on me, but I just do not want to live anywhere where I am being treated with such hostility. I'm very nervous about this whole situation. Please if you have a sec, send me good thoughts or a prayer, I sincerely need to feel the support. Thank you, guys.

QOTD: I challenge myself to get into the 130s. I'm at 132.0 and it is possible if I maintain focus.

First: four 20-oz. mugs of tea

B: tuna

L: ham

D: ham plus scrambled eggs

The eggs I find to be very very filling and a bit hard to digest, which should help me to stay in the straight and narrow! I'll have a final tuna packet of my protein is low.

I hope everything goes well with your landlord person -- if anything was making you think maybe you shouldn't move, the fact that you're dealing with fear when you need to talk to her is a clear indicator that it's time to go. Good luck and hope you can find something quickly and deal with very little drama in the meantime.
