I am back! Please excuse my absence. Life has been pretty chaotic. My partner has developed an infection, and we spend 3-4 hours every day driving to Newberg for an IV antibiotic infusion. I also finished a difficult assignment for school, last night. But I promise to do better!

QOTD: Getting up earlier. To make my posts, but also to try to organize the day and plan my meals. With being out every day, putting something healthy in the crockpot is a high priority!

B: Coffee, buttered gingerbread toast

L: Mushroom/Swiss hamburger

S: Cheddar squares

D: Homemade spaghetti and meatballs

S: One square dark chocolate (yum!)
