What are you eating RNYers? Rockinâ?? New Years Eve edition

Mornin'!
I overshot my calorie range by a bit again yesterday, but my weight has finally started dropping. THANK GOD!! I'm pretty sure most of that gain was due to all the restaurant eating we've done the last few days (i.e., sodium). We've got nothing planned for today (other than a dentist appt for me this afternoon), so today will be easy. Tomorrow we have the annual New Year's Day brunch at our friend's, so that'll be tougher - after that, smooth sailing again for quite awhile. YAY!! Can't wait to be under 150 again!!
QOTD: I don't usually make personal goals (I made work goals, though - back when I worked!), but we did replace our kitchen counters/sink/faucet this fall, which I'd been contemplating doing for at least two years. Glad it's finally done! We also had a revocable trust drawn up and completed this past summer, which had been on my mind for at least a couple of years, too (that - or an updated will - since ours was several years old and there were a few things we've been wanting to change. But we went the trust route instead, which is fine - at least that's all been taken care of!). This upcoming year I want to maintain my weight at under 150 lbs and do some kind of exercise (which would include yoga) at least five days a week. It would do wonders for my stress, among other things.
3.5 years out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with homemade cranberry/cherry sauce, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: cottage cheese
AS: protein pumpkin pie or a light yogurt with raspberries
D: small piece of lasagna, broccoli salad

Minus the cookies, that's how I'm spending new year's eve AND new year's day, lol! Good day to chill and catch up on books and movies...and my sister did get me a fleece onesie for christmas so I have all the warms!
Good luck with the interview!
QOTD - my big goals for 2018 were to do the estate planning stuff pre surgery (completed); have surgery (completed); change jobs (changed roles which got me away from the boss that was killing me); and move back to colorado (not quite completed but will be done in the first 45 days of 2019 so half a checkmark?).
I'm not feeling spectacular today, my stomach feels a bit iffy and my head hurts so while I have a full menu planned, I"m not sure how much of it will actually get in.
coffee + .3 premier; tea
B - 1 oz cheddar, 1 pickle spear, 2 oz lemon pepper deli chicken
s - tea with 3 tsp half and half
L - two smart blueberry yogurt
D - crockpot pizza
ES - butterscotch protein pudding
701 calories/76 protein/16 carbs
I might go for a walk, depends on how I"m feeling.

Good morning and Happy New Years Eve! I'm off today and had planned to see Mary Queen of Scots but it's not playing in my area, WTH?? So we will see something else. Maybe pick up some wine or bubbly for tonight. I can barely make it to 9pm, so East Coast New Years is a good as it gets here.
QOTD - Last year, my resolution was to get to goal. That didn't happen but even through all the ups and downs of this past year, I maintained my weight almost to the pound. So, getting to goal and transitioning to maintenance is my goal this year. Also, a new gym schedule that starts Jan 7th. I realize I NEED exercise to help deal with stress and anxiety more so than any weight loss or fitness effort - that part is just a bonus. Happy that the days are getting longer now. When it gets dark as I'm headed to the gym I'm more likely to bail because it seems so late. Lame I know...
Accountability - I had a ton of almonds, I just wanted salt so bad.
2 years 1 month - 162.4
b-coffee x 3, eggs and sausage
l-BBQ chicken thighs
d-BBQ chicken thighs
es- a glass of wine
Happy New Years Eve!
