Day 1 - Post-Holiday Reset - AMAW/CAMAW

I'll join in too, doing CAMAW, which is basically how I almost always eat anyway. I drink a ton of tea per day - including at least two if not three 20-ounce mugs before I have breakfast. I realized lately that I drink at least 8-10 of those big mugs of tea per day - and easily more. That's a lot of fluid! I can very easily overdo cheese, cause I really like it. So though I will allow it, I want to limit it to 1 ounce per day - it's so caloric! That should help me to finally drop down just a tiny bit more, 5 pounds to be precise, before I officially enter maintenance. I honestly don't feel I need to look skinnier, but just want the wiggle room as a bulwark against regain. I just spent all that money on expensive new pants and if I lose more than five lbs., I am pretty sure I'll be in the next lower size (which is amazing, considering that I wore the same very few items over and over again, for about the first 115 pounds I dropped!). I also want to try to keep my protein intake up around 80 grams per day, if not higher, without overshooting 700ish calories.
Thanks Janet for organizing this and cheering us on!

CAMAW = "Critters & All Meat All Week" - in addition to meat, fowl, and seafood, you can incorporate dairy and eggs.
AMAW is stricter - Just meat, fowl, and seafood. No dairy or eggs.
Both of these are high protein, no-to-very low carb diets designed to accelerate weight loss or to help you move past a stall. You still need to stay within your calorie range and not drink with meals, or for at least 30 minutes after eating. I eat CAMAW almost always while losing, but most other people eat this strictly when they want to reset after indulgence, or to help themselves over a hump.
