Karen, it is always so good to see your post. Yes, logging in here and seeing how others are doing really is important and makes a difference in my day.
And yes, a few pounds can really mess with your head. You really are doing well. I often marvel at your consistency in walking with Lily and eating on plan even with all of your travels. We believe in you and that you can make your goals! Be sure to post a new pic tomorrow of your holiday outfit. I love your style!

Good Morning and declared Friday-Eve!! I am working in the office today but with the holidays there are a few people visiting/working out of this office this week so I am looking forward to catching up with them.

Holiday accountability: I did some "safe" baking (almond flour sugar cookies/crustless pumpkin cheesecake/low carb cinnamon rolls) and ate too much of that stuff so I am feeling bloated and a little on the fluffy side. Although my weight doesn't change much I feel "weighed" down if that makes sense. I have a hard time doing AMAW and even CAMAW with my digestion but I could some sort of challenge/accountability.
QOTD: I like HUGE mugs for my coffee. They have to be microwavable as I like my coffee very hot and it usually needs to be warmed up a few times.
Time since surgery: 4 years 4 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Simply protein chips and carbmaster yogurt
D: Eggbeaters, turkey sausage links, Mikey's English muffin with SF jelly , sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

My coffee needs to be super hot too, in fact I nuke it for 30 sec right after its brewed!
