So sorry to hear you were sick. Vicious is right! Your description sounds like my dumping, minus the bile and acid, but add horrible headache and praying for sweet death...

Your dumping sounds just awful, Amy! I actually wondered, while I was moaning in the bathtoom, if I was in fact dumping. If so, wow, what a deterrent! I didn't have any sweets, but I did have that champagne, and there was some sort of chocolate in the chili, though probably not a sugary type. I didn't have a headache, but I truly was in awful pain. Anyway, all's well that ends well. I never want to experience that again!

hey everyone, I am super late posting today but I figured its better than nothing...
I was pretty bad over the holiday weekend with snacks, carbs, junk...it's really the first time I have gotten concerned with falling off the wagon! the holidays are no joke! too many holiday parties with food everywhere. I know I was probably close to 2000 cals on Saturday at my brothers house and probably at least 1800 yesterday at christmas too...I told myself I'd be back on track today and then I ate an extra protein bar and a Lindor truffle! what am I doing!?
thankfully I haven't gained anything (yet) but I haven't lost in a few weeks and I feel huge!

Tonight I am having leftover chicken cauliflower soup and thats IT...tomorrow back to protein and veggies!

Christmas was great otherwise, spending time with my family, watching Story open her gifts and get excited because she finally really gets it! It was awesome. DH totally went over our agreed christmas budget and got me a laptop which I did need desperately but I haven't wanted to fork out the money so it was really sweet...that was probably my favorite gift!

B: powerful protein overnight oats , coffee w/sugarfree creamer
L: chicken cauliflower rice soup
S: protein bar and a lindor truffle ...not planned but I ate it.
D: more soup.

QOTD: Besides the joys of being with family and seeing Saralisa open her gifts, I got many nice gifts. I think one of my favorites was this pretty candle holder from Saralisa. Also, my brother & sis-in-law got me a couple of horseback riding certificates and a rescued dog book.

Accountability: I ate too much yesterday. Enough said.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: 160 calorie meal, light & fit Greek yogurt, 3 cutie tangerines

D: microwave meal, light & fit Greek yogurt

I hope everyone had a great holiday! Ours was busy but nice.

QOTD: My brother gave me a 30 quart stainless steel mixing bowl! It's so big that it takes up my entire cooktop. It will come in very handy for when I have to make up 15 lbs of cole for my company cookouts and christmas party.

Accountability: Very proud of myself! I was on point through the entire holiday.
