Tough year for your Hawks, I dont think getting rid of Quennville was the answer....I have connections to good seats in Montreal, my next Game is Toronto/Montreal on 02/09. anxious to see the Leafs up close...

Unfortunately they got old, like the rest of us. i don't see how getting rid of a hall of fame coach makes a team better either. Going to game in Montreal (or Toronto) sounds great.

Good Morning and a happy Friday to all! Janet, love that you have plans to enjoy some with those that truly love you-I think that is most important. Love the pic of Pablo as you can tell he's having a blast. He looks so similar to Grim's/Julia's babies and our Sasquatch that passed last year.

QOTD1: I am not taking any time off. I had time around Thanksgiving and it is our busy season so it all works out. I am able to work from home a bit so it's not too bad at all.

QOTD2: We plan to see my MIL on Sunday and my sister/BIL/nephew next Saturday and aside from a few friends stopping by that is pretty much it.

Time since surgery: 4 years 4 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Pork rinds, carbmaster cottage cheese, and SF almond milk latte

D: Trader Joe's turkey burger, mashed cauliflower with shredded cheese melted on top, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1256 Protein:127 Carbs:80 Fat:52

Have a great one!

Pics: Family craft we worked on as gifts for my employees. We made 15 of these guys out of re-purposed wood and the other is Twinkie enjoying the view of outside breaking in a new chair we bought.

Thank you! My team really seemed to like them and thankfully none of them broke during their travel.

All chairs need blankets and cats. I like the style of your chair.

She claimed it! We got the chair Salvation Army for $35! The legs apparently were for a different set so they couldn't be sold at the furniture store. It even reclines.
