What's on your Thursday menu RNYers?
Jen, I am sure you rocked it despite the technical issues!
Funny story - as you know, I work for a 90,000 person company. Once we had an all-hands call and I had to take it from my car as I drove my mom to the airport. Mind you, she spent 30 years working at an 11-person law firm as a legal assistant. Well, I had the call on Bluetooth and the first (legit) 20 minutes were spent hearing beeps as people joined, hearing the voicemail call-back message, hearing the automated voice cut in...no one could figure out how to mute everyone...and my mom finally looked at me in horror and said, "Is this actually happening?".
Yep. And it happens allllll the time lol.
I am glad you can upgrade your IT equipment! Silver linings, and all that!

My favorite is when someone puts the whole call on hold and we all get to listen to our hold music. You've seen the teleconference you tube right? I go back and forth between whether that or the CRM I want to work in the channel is my favorite....I laugh at both because otherwise I might cry, lol
