That is a great accomplishment -- being a young mom like that is tough; I have so much respect for the women that do it, raise great kids and advance themselves.

Are those the Mahi burgers from TJ's? I LOVE those as well as the tuna & salmon burgers from TJ's. They are easy to make, tasty AND healthy! A true homerun!

Yes, I love the Mahi-Mahi burgers, I will have to try the tuna and salmon.
And thank you for the kind words. I hope to be joining you in fitness in 2019. For now, the Uric acid that was hanging out in my fat cells is having a protracted going away party, though. If that clears up or even stays the same by New Year's Day I will be going back into the pool to begin.

G'morning all.
Last day of posting for me for a while. We are leaving tomorrow and will be back on 1/5. I am soooo excited to see my mom. It's the only place in the whole wide world where I feel I can be a kid again, not responsible for anyone...my mom will take care of everything. It's the place where I can recharge my batteries. I'm sure if we lived close by these feelings were not so intense but seeing her every couple of years makes me appreciate her more.
QOTD: my kids, hands down. I know I can't take all the credit but seeing them growing up to be considerate, kind and all around good people make me puff my chest. 1/3 of the credit goes to DH when he doesn't let any of us take ourselves seriously.
B: protein coffee
L: chicken veggie soup
S: yogurt
D; chicken veggie soup
Merry Xmas (to those who celebrate) and HNY. I'll post from Italy if I can. If not, see you after 1/5. Mwah!

Yes we are, and we are joining DD who's been in Italy since August. So excited the foursome H will be together again.
