What's on your Wednesday menu RNYers?

Thanks for the menu advice. I get so bored with food. I need a little fiber in my diet to help with bathroom issues. It's clearly not enough because I already have issues. I could cut it out and just take miralax I guess.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Personally, I'd rather eat my fiber than swallow a stool softener, etc. but even 5 prunes is over 100 calories!

Enjoy the bonus day off!! And congratulations on clean and sober - that's a tough one and many people don't get through it.

Thanks, Jen. More than 26 years now but since DW's diagnosis, there are days that I'd kill to get stoned and just pass out...

I can't imagine how hard all this is on you (and DW) but you are coping incredibly well. I think when you've been through a lot, like you have, you end up with the resilience to just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Sometimes that's all we can do, right? I hope things stabilize for DW.

Justice is incredibly easy to travel with - inside or outside his travel bag. I'm actually going to get the papers filled out at Christmas for him to be an emotional support dog as he really is one now for DH.
