Mornin'!
well my weight is still over 150. UGH. It's been hovering just above that mark forever now (well, a few weeks, anyway). I may have to drop my calories, even though I dread doing that!!! Oh well...hopefully I'll get used to it after a couple of days...
I went to that Zumba Gold class yesterday and will go to water aerobics today. May go to a new yoga class tonight. The instructor is taking a group to India in the fall, and a friend of mine who's going wants me to go along. I've been himming and hawing about this for awhile, but I figured at minimum I should check out this woman's yoga classes (because if I go, she'll be the one leading the retreat. If I'm not crazy about her classes here, then I probably won't be there, either..). Lunch with my mom today. A couple of errands that need to be run. Otherwise...???
QOTD: Losing all the weight has been my biggest accomplishment. Before that probably quitting smoking (in 1995). I've had a couple other notable ones, but those two were TOUGH. I really worked my butt off for those - so they are the two that I'm most proud of!
3.5 years out:
B: homemade coconut Greek yogurt with 1/2 mango
MS: coffee with half & half, protein shake
L: ?? Not sure where we're going, so I don't know. Something safe - that's for sure!
AS: Carbmaster yogurt or a piece of protein pumpkin pie. Or maybe some protein chia pudding.
D: 2 oz rotisserie chicken and 1 T hummus in half a pita
ex: water aerobics
Quitting smoking is really hard! Good job!

I've always been happy I never smoked, quitting is so hard I'm not sure I would have been able to.

hi all
QOTD: i would say in the past years it would be getting my PMP (project manager) and SHRM- SCP advanced HR certification. We are going through a reorg next year and hopefully it will help either keep my job or help me get a new one!!
Dropped another pound from yesterday thank goodness. have the big weigh in friday at dr's office. trying to plan for the lightest outfit i can- im thinking leggings and a light sleeveless top for weighing then they take off 2 pounds for clothes... Im more concerned that he is going to be disappointed in me - technically I'm 4 pounds overweight according to BMI
Food for tday- slim pickins--- haven't gone to grocery yet waiting till I get to my moms.
leftover pork
coffee
water
coffee
prot pancakes
tuna?
maybe i should cook up some chicken in IP
I bet we have all done the light clothes thing. I wore my lightest pants and short sleeved golf shirt to my first Bariatrics appointment even though it was January in Chicago. And then I was stuck wearing that to every other appointment (even my February appointment during a snowstorm) so that I didn't have to give back the extra pounds. Also, I always bring my briefcase to my appointments so I don't weigh keys, wallets, phone, etc.
