That's incredible! Growing up outside a small town, the volunteer ambulance and firecrews were critical to the community but it takes a toll on the volunteers. Thank you for doing that!

QOTD: What is your greatest achievement? There are many things I could list, but the first thing that comes to mind is my Bachelor degree; I graduated in July. It is even more of an achievement because I had no experience in the field prior to college. I re-registered the same month with the same school, and I will graduate with a Master degree in March of 2020.

Accountability: I did good for most of yesterday, despite plans changing chaotically. I did snack too much last night.

Since it's evening, I'll just list what I've had:

Breakfast - pepperoni/cheese rolls

Lunch - 'snack cup' from office cafeteria - cheddar and salami (didn't eat crackers)

Dinner - finally having the homemade Hungarian mushroom soup

Didn't have any snacks today; I was on the road all day. Up early tomorrow morning for initial bariatric appointment (yay!), so I'm going to pack breakfast/brunch tonight.
