What's on your Wednesday menu RNYers?
Guess I can get us started this morning.
I didn't go to support group last night. I am just so tired and in need of a break with only three days to go, I hope I can make it.
QOTD: What is your greatest achievement? Besides losing 100 pounds, I achieved National Boards twice for teaching. It was a lot of work but it was worth it.
Accountability: I found my face in the candy bowl at work. My goal today is no candy, period.
M1: overnight oats with a drizzle of local honey
M2: PP chocolate shake
M3: chipotle chopped salad with 3 ounces of chicken
M4: 2-ounce cheese and 1/4 blackberries
M5: Amylu mozzarella and red pepper burger
Looking at my menu I think it is too high in carbs. 1,076 calories 102 protein, 9 fiber, 79 carbs I think I need to change things up. Thoughts?

We must have been typing at the same time! I figured out how to delete my post though and will repost here. Accountability was good yesterday and I managed to avoid the candy and cookies at break times. I still am not drinking enough though so I must get that back on track. Weight today was 126.2. QOTD losing over 150 pounds and keeping it off for over 6 years. Recently I had a gain of 10 pounds but 4 of that is now gone and the hard work continues to get the weight back down. Heres the eats for the day B1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L3/4 c crab salad D 2 scrambled eggs with a piece of bacon S sm apple with peanut butter. Lily and I have walked a mile around the circle but will do more after work and before dark. Have a great day full of smart choices! And now to find some coffee!
Kisses and hugs to Miss Lily! May Santa Paws bring her a new bone!

I'm sorry! It was after 7 AM east coast time so much thought I'd start us off, even though it says I posted at 4 AM. LOL. I'm not with it enough at 4 in the morning to post anything. I admire your perseverance to walk every day.

Good morning and happy Wednesday!
QOTD: Can I say growing up to be a good human and productive member of society? It's a low baseline but I can tell you, it could have gone a different way very easy. Lol, enough introspection for the morning.
Accountability - I ate everything yesterday; because I don't bring the bad things into the house it was all high protein things but it was way too much of them. This is why I'm glad I live alone and don't have snacks for other people to tempt me.
Coffee with half and half, tea all day
B - L&F Greek -- apparently the new limited edition is Creme Brûlée which I now have several containers of
L - P3 snack pack
D - chicken green chile stuff
Have a happy hump day!

It's not as flavor packed as the pumpkin pie was but it's good; the yogurt is the perfect consistency to pretend to be crème brulee! It doesn't have the sugar cracklings though, of course, and those are kind of what makes crème brulee so delightful. I think it would lend itself to adding any of the SF syrups and I think I might stir a small amount of my eggnog protein powder in and see how that goes.

I can SO relate to your QOTD! Being a grown up is hard work and not always a given...
