You made Keto Peanut Butter cookies, how did they turn out and what was the recipe? I've found some that have only PB, Eggs and Swerve sugar substitute but wasn't sure how they would taste. I was looking to buy the Swerve on Amazon but there were many reviews that said it had a terrible after taste. I don't want to spend a ton and not have anything worth eating. Thanks

I actually made them with baking splenda instead of the swerve/stevia...I hate the aftertaste of stevia and I've always liked splenda even though it does have more of a slight metabolic impact, It has never been an issue for me.
I LOVE the peanut butter cookies...it's basically just peanut butter, splenda and eggs...mix together, shape into balls and smush with a fork and bake.
I added dark chocolate chips to mine this time, so it ups the cals/carbs a bit but they are very good.
they're pretty small but they definitely satisfy my sweet tooth. I am a peanut butter fiend so I love pretty much anything with PB lol.

I have also made them thumbprint style and added SF jam in the center.

Swerve does have an awful aftertaste - I have tried it.

Good morning~ Late to the party again! After seriously not wanting to get up, I had a busy but fun morning. Everyone is loving all the treats I've been bringing in to work. I still have a bunch at home which Rob is loving, he has a serious sweet tooth! He is one of those people who can eat anything and never gains weight, it's so frustrating to watch sometimes. Any-who - I have a lot of work to get done this week since I will be on vacation so I need to get going!

QOTD -I asked for TALL Ugg boots (pretty excited since they will fit my legs now!), perfume, white canvas converse, a few kitchen gadget things and a few cookbooks.

Accountability - nope. But - I had the Real Good Beef Enchiladas and they were really good, lol! The 'tortilla' was quite pleasant compared to the pork verde flavor. I would buy the beef again in a heartbeat.

2 years out - 165.1 - I know...

b- coffee x 2, L&F greek yogurt

l - real good chicken enchilada

d -eggbeaters w/salsa

es- two good greek! can't wait!

V/l on track

Have a great day ya'll!!

WHICH tall ones? Can you provide a link?

Funny story...when I moved here I had no idea what ugh boots were. I think it was the second xmas and DH gave me a pair of tall ones that were embroidered. Admitted, 20 years ago the uggs were not as popular and they were mostly surfer boots, hence him knowing about them. Not only I didn't wear them, I scuffed at them and the year after I donated them to good will. I kick myself to this day and DH hangs it over my head every time I buy a new pair of uggs. That's why I'm interested in knowing which tall ones you are getting. I feel super guilty about not appreciating them back then.

thats pretty funny and reminds me of when I moved out her in the 80's. I had never seen them before and I seriously thought the were ridiculous! I love them now and have several pairs. These will be my first TALL ones!!

They are just the black Classic Tall II boots:

QOTD- I really don't have a list.

Accountability was good yesterday 862 calories, 76 protein, 22 fat, 90 carbs. I've been using Mango for all of my medications and vitamins and it really does help. Thank you to the person who suggested it.

I've also been bingeing The Marvelous Mrs Maisel and it is great, thank you to the person who suggested it.

I did sleep last night fairly well, so today is a little better. It's been pouring down rain, right now there is a small break with the sun showing. I'll enjoy it while I can.

Quiet day at work, and probably will be through the rest of the week and into next week. I'm working all week next week, can't afford not to get paid. But I'll work from home on Friday, maybe on Monday and definitely Tuesday so it should be good.

Have a great day everyone!

Good afternoon,

On my second day of clear liquids. The premier clear protein drink orange mango is good. Got it off Amazon for a 12 pack. I'm hungry today but I'll get through it. At least my procedure is at 7 am tomorrow.

Just hopefully I won't binge eat tomorrow when I can eat.

My cat is wondering why I'm eating jello instead of my usual food so today I opened a can of tuna for her to eat. She enjoyed that.

Qotd I only asked for a couple of books, body wash and lotion., I know I'm getting it from my stepmom. My dad always gives me cash, which I can always use.

Have a good day
