What's on your Monday menu RNYers?

Good morning and happy Monday! I was making my coffee this morning and added my foam, I looked down and there was a heart. It made me smile. Maybe I am eternally optimistic, but I felt like in some way life was telling me, " I got you, girl!"
I was up again in the night again. I came out on the couch and slept in front of the fire. Why am I not sleeping?? Or why can't I stay asleep?
I am going to finish up my Christmas baking today, deliver it and get my Christmas cards in the mail.
QOTD- I am done with my shopping. We do a very minimal Christmas. I still need to buy groceries for Christmas dinner.
Accountability- I ate 5 Doritos dipped in queso cheese. My kids were eating them and I decided I need some too. I don't even like Doritos!!
Food for today-
2 cups coffee with Miralax
2 eggs with 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 can albacore tuna with red onion, 2 T. SG poppyseed dressing
5 oz shredded chicken breast with salsa
Naked jerky
Lots of water, I feel puffy today. I know I didn't get enough yesterday.

How is the foam topping? I saw that last time I picked up some Jordan's but wasn't feeling it, but I'm curious!

I really like the marshmallow and the vanilla. I tried the others and they were yuck. I get them at Marshalls. It reminds me of a latte. Something fun in my black coffee.
Mornin'!
weekend was OK - too much going out (and a party on Saturday night) meant too much eating, though - and it's showing up on the scale. I've committed to being 100% on plan this week because I know next week will be a challenge. My brother from NC will be visiting us, so I know there will be a lot of meals out. Yesterday was day 1 of on-plan eating and I did great! YAY!
I bought a mid-century solid walnut dresser (actually, chest of drawers) yesterday at an antique place and can't wait to get the thing home. I love it (funny how stuff from my childhood era is now available at antique stores!). I'm going to keep my eyes peeled on the internet to see if I can find any of the other pieces from the set - I'd love to have, at minimum, the matching low dresser.
I also went to Costco yesterday with a neighbor (I'm not a member - but she is) and bought the deboned rotisserie chicken package that Emily mentioned a few days ago. This should be great for my 100% on-plan eating week!
QOTD: I'm still struggling. We're all middle-aged and older (except for my 21-year-old niece) and no one wants anything. On the contrary, they want to get RID of things. I may end up getting gift cards to restaurants or amazon or something for most of them.
3.5 years out:
B: overnight protein oats
MS: coffee with half & half, some kind of protein shake
L: homemade cottage cheese with homemade blueberry/blackberry sauce
AS: hummus with baby carrots
D: rotisserie chicken, maybe some vegetables
