QOTD- Fitbit app, Samsung Health it gives me the protein grams breakdown that Fitbit doesn't. I deactivated my Facebook account too many bad things with it. Twitter, several slot games and the calendar I couldn't live without. I love my phone and would have a hard time without it- Samsung Note 8 I love the stylus and being able to write notes and save them. I would also love the Note 9 but not willing to spend the money on it right now. Maybe I'll wait for the Note 10 come out next year.
Accountability not bad I made it to Ralph Wrecks the Internet, my friend didn't like it. I loved the way it poked fun at the internet and Disney. That all Disney princesses are helpless women that need to be rescued by a man. 975 calories, 53 protein, 101 carbs, 42 fat. But hey I enjoyed my popcorn and milk duds.
Nothing much planned today, so far I've read and played WOW. No football I'm interested in today, but my Seahawks play tomorrow. I need to go grocery shopping, almost out of Greek yogurt my staple. I did make it to TJ's yesterday, no salmon jerky except for dogs but I did buy a couple of other forms of smoked salmon for some variety.
I've been keeping the cat door closed so the other cat won't come in. But I opened it yesterday and sure enough he came in and wanted some attention. I shooed him out the cat door, I doubt it but maybe he won't come back.
The Bob Seger concert sounds great, I've never seen him but love his music.

Hey everyone. We're out waiting on a table to eat. No motivation, or idea of What to cook so we opted to eat out. Didn't do much today- took the teen to do Xmas shopping, I think we are done with the four of us. I have no inclination (or need) to shop for anyone else. I will bake something for work, and get the mail woman a gift card.
