Good morning everybody. Cassie that party looks fun. Bob Seger was great last night. Night Moves, Turn the Page, Old Time Rock and Roll, Like a Rock, Hollywood Nights, all of hi****s. The opening band was Larkin Poe. They are two sisters from Georgia who play blues inspired rock. I hadn't heard of them, but they were good. The concert facility in the suburbs wasn't the advantage that i thought it would be. Between the concert, the shopping traffic, understaffed parking facilities and it being Friday night, traffic was a disaster. It would have been faster to go into the city.

Today we have a family picture. And we are way behind in almost all aspects of Christmas, so probably shopping tonight.

QOTD: I guess MFP. My phone is my work phones every time I pick it up I read my work emails. Hence, I don't really view it as an object of fun.

Breakfast: Ham and Gouda

Snack: Light and Fit

Lunch: Sou Vide egg bites

Snack: Protein bar

Dinner: Beef stew

We waited for this weekend and its finally here. Have a great day, all.

Oh, the opening act sounds right up my alley! I will check them out. Why is Bob Seger retiring, I don't think of him as being "up there" - is he in bad health? I know the 70s were hard on a lot of rockers. I used to play my moms albums of Bob Seger, Marshall Tucker Band, and Willie/Waylon all the time when I was kid. She did give me a great musical foundation, lol.

I figured he had to be at least 70, so I checked. 73! So yes - definitely not too early to retire!!

When he sang Rock and Roll Never forgets, he got to the place where the lyrics are "..sweet sixteen's turned 31..." and instead of 31 he sang 73 in a shocked voice. You could hear him groaning that he was that old.

Last night was a make-up from last year's tour that was cancelled because he was having back problems.

Good morning everyone~ I slept in until 6:30 - it was awesome! Today we are making fudge and baking tons of stuff. By 'we' that is Rob will start out strong but I will lose him to football... that's okay because I love watching Sound of Music while I do my Christmas baking and he can't stand it, so win-win!! But first we will hit Costco early to get some things we need and Micheal's for trays, tins and bags. I think I am a bit too ambitious about what I want to accomplish today so it may spill into Sunday then I will will probably never want to bake again - at least until my son gets home - he wants to make 7 layer bars and peppermint bark. Oye - so much sugar I'm feeling sick just thinking about it even though I won't even be eating it!!

QOTD - My reminders and notes are my most used by far, then MFP, Activity, iTunes, Pinterest, Facebook - I would pull the plug too except i get to keep up with special people I would not otherwise see.

Accountability - I ate many evil Trader Joe's chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels and was sooooo sick - threw up a few times and in bed by 7:30 moaning and praying for sweet death...omg. This will definitely keep me from eating anything I make today - so I guess it was a good thing!

Review of Real Good enchiladas - pork verde - tasted amazing - the verde sauce and inner pork meat was delicious. I could not get past the texture of the 'tortilla' reminded me of cafeteria turkey roll type lunchmeat - weird and thick. I bought all the flavors of enchiladas, one pizza and a couple of popper things and I look forward to trying them but I don't know if I will buy again - we'll see.

2 years - 157.3

b-coffee x 3, eggbeaters and salsa

l-real good pizza

d-hot italian sausage w/peppers

s - SF jello or frozen L&F yogurt

Have a wonderful day!!

I tried the real good enchilada and bought them all too. I cannot get past the chicken tortilla. I have a few in the freezer still. I am just going to eat out the insides.

I have seen these in the store and debated buying them for some variety. I think I might now that I saw your comments. Thanks for sharing them!
