What's on your PHOTO FRIDAY Menu, RNYers?
I am almost done season 1, I like it so far. I like the whole South Boston, tough Irish aspect of it...

My SIL told us about it two years ago so we binge-watched to catch up. I like the love story between Abby and Ray but also how the family is so messed up but yet has each other. It's so good and only gets better!

Good morning menu friends! I'm so glad its Friday! I need a break from counting and inventory and some time to get good long walks in with Lily. Yesterday we walked a short distance in the rain but then it started boring. If the rain has stopped tonight when I get off we have to walk--whether I feel like it or not. Food wise I did fine yesterday and weight is 126.4 today. I need to drink more today as I didn't get my 100 ozs in yesterday. Heres todays food B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 2 slices turkey 1 slice cheese D 4 oz baked chicken 1/4 c green beans S string cheese sm meat stick. QOTD earnest eats hot protein cereal. I found 2 flavors maple and apple cru**** has steel cut oats,18 gr protein per serving and has pepitas, sunflower seeds,a bit of quinoa, probiotics and no added sugar. Very tasty even though the texture is different than steel cut oats. Calories are about the same as my regular oats after I add protein powder. Time to find some coffee. Have a great day everyone and enjoy your weekend too!
Kisses to Lily!

Good Morning Julia and Menu Family!
OMG Julia, what a week you have had! I'll bet you sure are glad it's Friday! Wow! I can't even imagine!
QOTD: I've been hooked on prosciutto wrapped mozzarella sticks for a while now. I eat two of them for breakfast every morning and often eat them for snacks during the day. Two sticks are only 125 calories and have 9 grams of protein. I get them at Walmart. Also, Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt. Only 80 calories and have 12 grams of protein a tub.
Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 74, Calories - 1,240, Carbs - 157.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana
L: chimichanga with cheese
D: microwave meal
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt
