What's on your PHOTO FRIDAY Menu, RNYers?
Morning mood expressed on my coffee mug. And cute pair of cheapo earrings off Amazon I got for Christmas.
Oy. Yesterday ... I don't know that I could beat you JB... but have my own fish to fry over here. ...on my way to my meeting for my nephew, stopped for tea at 7-11. Funny thing is when they scanned my app I got a free muffin, which they didn't have any muffins left so I took some pastry which I wasn't going to eat. Proceeded to go outside, and getting in the car somehow the top popped off and I spilt it, it all happened so fast you're not really sure what happened. Anyway the whole thing literally dumped over on my console. I had some Jim towels in the car. So I cleaned it up as quickly as possible, and I guess it went down the gearshift. I only had to drive a block but when I got to the parking lot and went to turn off my car, it was making horrible noises. So I ended up having it towed. May be the most expensive cup of tea I ever bought and didn't even drink. Hoping it dries out and comes back to life. Was already having an issue because I need an inspection and my check engine light won't go off and they can't figure out why.
QOTD: I did Keto Krate for about 6 months. I really enjoyed it but it started to get repetitive. Not that these are new but I have recently developed a love for Quest protein powder. I like to shake my powder not do it in the blender and if you let this sit awhile it gets nice and thick and has some substance to it. I like that it has low calorie and carb stats. I use 16 oz cashew milk or 8oz cashew and 8 oz water. Add ice after I shake and then let it sit for a little while. I let all shaken powders sit before I drink, gives them time to dissolve, then shake again and drink. Since I add double liquid I will add a little extra liquid to bring out the flavor. Current favorites- Cinnamon Crunch and Cold Brew Coffee Latte. I love Fit Frappe Mocha as well but the carbs are higher.
I also bought the Quest baking mix, but still figuring that out.
I had to cancel a hair appointment today because no car :/
B: overnight oats and protein, Fairlife latte
L: egg salad made w/Greek yogurt on rice cake thins w/bagel spice, veggie
D: some kind of low carb enchilada bake...I will need comfort food . :/ Also bought the Costco chicken in a bag...so will give it a whirl.

Ex: rest day but did already do Peachpie 100 challenge. 40 jacks, 40 squats, 20 push-ups...Get that out of the way

My folks are flying up from Florida this afternoon, lucky them , we were at 3 yesterday morning, much warmer this morning.
I am down another pound, even after the holiday luncheon yesterday. 15 pounds to goal!!!
Stay healthy my friends, Mike
Picture is of a product we implemented for WM, following a large national brand, I was responsible for all packaging as well as sourcing the soap bar. Do not buy the National brand folks, this brush cleaner is available at 3,500 WM and must be near you, it is 1/3 of the price of the National brand.
