Oh, that's a good point -- it is about time for my B12 shot again! I think I will be glad when I switch from the shot to the sublingual in Feb.

I've had a hard time finding the sublingual at our Walmart so i've been taking the regular oral pill and I noticed a definite difference. I'm going to be ordering it from amazon this weekend.
