What's on your Friday Eve (Thursday) Menu RNYers?
I am so so sorry for your loss. I know nothing we can say will heal your heart, and really our hearts may never heal from losing a pet. Something that has helped me is to think about what an incredible life each pet has had with us. The cuddles, the belly rubs, the treats, the walks, the snuggles...I know, based on how you've talked about Chico, that Chico was a spoiled and happy little guy. I hope your heartbreak eases a tiny bit, knowing that Chico felt happy, and very very loved.
i'm so sorry I swear I cried harder when I had to put my old doberman down than I did when my grandmother passed. it's SO hard. **HUGS**

Mornin'!
I'm going to that senior Zumba class again this morning (all but one person in there on Tuesday appeared to be in their 50s or 60s, so definitely not as "senior" as I expected - I fit right in!). Then lunch with a friend. Possibly a movie tonight. And I need to start getting all this Christmas stuff squared away, too!!
QOTD: coffee helps. When I used to work, I'd sometimes leave my office (if possible) and set up shop in a coffee shop for a couple of hours. A change of scenery sometimes revives me, too...
accountability good. I'm still hovering just above 150, though (150.2 this morning). What's up with this??? My goal these days is to stay BELOW 150! ARRRGGHHH!
3.5 years out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with homemade blackberry/blueberry sauce
MS: coffee with half & half, protein shake
L: meeting a friend. If nothing else jumps out at me, I'll get a bowl of their excellent chili.
AS: Carbmaster yogurt with any raspberries I can salvage from the container of quickly spoiling ones!
D: I may just have cottage cheese. Or some turkey meatballs.
