I have always been lucky with my checked luggage -- but I had a friend once who on a 4 day trip to a very small island, never got her luggage. She was a great sport and scrounged up outfits from all of us, including wearing her hubby's board shorts but it makes me anxious to check now.

Jen
Good morning! Quick post today as I need to get my tush in gear. Today is the end of my orientation and I'll be turned over to my actual team to begin job training, so I'm assuming that will be shadowing for the the rest of today and tomorrow, then I'll start learning hands-on next week. We have a year-end shutdown from Christmas to New Years, in which I'm likely to forget all training.
Qotd: generally a relaxing evening--bubble bath or hot shower, early bedtime, maybe read a bit before going to sleep.
Breakfast: all the coffee!
snack: 2 HB eggs
lunch: ? (Yesterday it was Asian--sesame ginger chicken and Asian bbq pork belly. I had a bit of each, and a scoop of Asian vegetables)
snack: string cheese
dinner: marinated chicken breast with green beans

Hi Jen and everyone!
This is seriously the longest week ever, I'm with you.
QOTD: it depends on what is sapping my energy. Like yesterday, I desperately needed SLEEP to get some energy back. But now that I actually slept, tonight's boxing class will give me all the energy.
B: 3 tbsp half and half and vanilla almond SF syrup in my coffee, 4 oz Boar's Head Ever Roast chicken (shaved) with 1 oz goat cheese
L: I am working my way through an Aidells package of chicken meatballs (carmelized onion and mango jalapeño). I am the only one who likes them so although I froze half of them, they will be featured prominently in my menu, a la Cynthia and her cilantro lime shrimp above. So 3 of each meatball.
S: mini cucumber and mini peppers with greek yogurt and ranch seasoning. This is such a delicious and filling snack. I am using the fat-free plain greek yogurt from Aldi. I never do fat-free but the carbs were much lower than the regular one.
D: Same as lunch. Living on the wild side over here.
E: Boxing tonight. I totally skipped the gym last night. The train home from NY seemed to really sway and lurch and I felt a little nauseated and I just came home, flopped down, and CHILLED. And then slept.
Have a great day, friends!
I am going to have to make this greek yogurt/ranch dip. it sounds perfect!
