You look fabulous! What an awesome transformation!
As far as your losing another 10# goes, if you really want it, I believe it can be achieved. You I'm sure know all of this already, but here's my two cents: Remember that the less we weigh, the fewer calories are necessary to maintain our weight. Sometimes a bit of tweaking to what we're eating can help. I was virtually stalled for a month this fall, then dropped a bunch the next month. I know if I cool it on my cheese habit, I can lose more than if I over-indulge (which is so easy to do). Also, I find tha****ching my sodium intake can be useful, as well as drinking loads of fluids. (I'm up a pound today because, I believe, I changed out my planned meal of chicken for some ham. It is lean ham, and low cal, but salty! My calories were ok but the sodium was a bit high). Also, I find that not eating past 7 or so at night (I am a night owl) helps my loss. I am convinced that if we just keep on keeping on, following the path, following the rules, perhaps making small adjustments here and there, we can overcome stalls and really reach our goals. It does take patience. Best of luck.

Hello to my fellow RnYers! Happy Monday!
Thanks, Julia, for starting us out. I hope that your meetings today went as well as they possibly could have gone!
I'm up a full pound today to 133.0. I changed out my planned dinner for some ham, plus ate late. My calories were ok, but the sodium I think had an effect. Or else who knows? My exercise was high but shouldn't have caused the scale to rise. At any rate, I'm fine and keeping on keeping on! My target stopping point for my weight loss remains 127. Six more for the gold!
In a few days I'll have a DEXA scan, and I'm interested to see what's what. I am having a bit of a hard time in judging if I need to lose more or not. Either way I'm going down to 127 if just for the wiggle room, unless my scan raises alarm bells, which I'm pretty sure it will not. But it is kind of weird. Recently when I look at myself in the mirror, and especially when I examine myself in photos, and when I see how my clothing fits, I recognize that I'm leaner than I've been in a very long time. But weirdly I also cannot seem to judge whether I am slim enough, if I've done enough to transform, or whether I still need to drop inches and am just fooling myself. I feel slender in comparison with most other women I encounter, but then we American women have largely become a seriously zaftig bunch. I honestly look at myself and cannot tell if I'm thin enough or if I'm still on the chunky side, most especially when I examine my hips in photos. It is quite odd! It's not quite body dysmorphia, but my lack of ability to judge does have a spacey, Alice-in-Wonderland quality that I am not used to feeling.
QOTD: I would get the girls girly stuff, like a bunch of bath lotions and potions, lip balms, cozy pj's, scented candles, super fluffy socks, etc. Philosophy has some very pretty, fragrant and colorful sets of their 3-in-1s out for Christmas gifting. I know you don't want to give gift cards, but a Starbucks (or Dunkin') gift card is really the gift that keeps on giving! I always love getting ine, and I really do thank the person who gave it to me every time I use it! Plus you can just tuck it in with other gifts, as a wonderful extra little lagniappe! UGG boots would be an awesome, if pricey, gift! Books remain a huge favorite in my world, no matter what the age of the recipient. Tickets to a play. Tickets to the symphony or opera or ballet, or a rock concert, or Cirque du Soliel. Tickets are a great gift, no matter if they're for boys or girls. Really nice hoodies. Ski lift passes if they enjoy that. And gaming stuff.
first: tea, great big flavorful mugs of it!
B: I had a little ham and a bit of that excellent Sartori espresso bellavitano cheese. They rub finely ground espresso beans into the cheese wheel, and it's really delish.
L: I really want salmon but passed, as it was $18 a pound at the market - and it's such a heavy, wet fish - when cooked it seems to dwindle to about half it's weight. Hopefully it'll come down soon. Today I'll have some tuna instead.
D: shredded rotisserie chicken in a bowl of Unjury chicken soup.
Have yourselves a good Monday, my friends!
Not chunky.
