Topical pain cream instead of NSAIDS?

You're in DC... get your medical marijuana card. You won't regret it. I have back issues and use a type without THC (hallucinagenic) and it's a miracle worker.

I actually live in MD but I can get CBD there too. Can I ask do you use it orally or cream or vape? Where do you get it? I've seen lots of CBD gummies on GroupOn but not quite sure where to get it otherwise.

Everyone differs wildly with what works for them, which is a bit annoying because you really have to try try try.

I do not get any help from CBD products, sadly, which is why I decided to get my medical card. I usually use a vape or edibles, and have tried topical creams/lotions as well. I get 1:1 ratio CBD/THC products because the slight amount of THC makes the CBD work for me (the amount that works for me is 8%or less THC- no hallucinating or impairment with this of an low amount).

I tried many CBD products but it either didn't do anything OR made me feel very odd, like the oil in my water (gave me headaches, made me hyper sensitive to touch and not in a fun way, hehe).

I have friends who use CBD-only and have had great success with pain management and relieving anxiety. It's worth trying!

I realize my second reply doesn't totally match my first... I describe what I use as CBD because people hear THC and totally freak out! The point is, I do not use the products to get high.

I've got knee issues (although just got new ones this summer!), and arthritis in my hands, and I have never ever found anything that works like this (on Amazon). Read the reviews. I thought I was imagining it and I'm a highly skeptical person with an admittedly semi-Western bias towards medications.

When my in-home therapist was helping me after my knee surgery she mentioned that she's got carpal tunnel from so much massage work. I told her I'd discovered this and to put some on and see what happens. The next day she said "Where can I get this stuff?!?! It's amazing!"

It has Arnica in it which is what the surgeon gave me to take after surgery to reduce inflammation, bruising and swelling so makes sense it would work with arthritis. Never thought about it.

Yes - very familiar with Arnica - but - I've never had this kind of success with any other arnica product. I don't what it is but if you read the Amazon reviews it's truly remarkable.

Tonight I had intense jaw pain (TMJ) and a temple headache so I thought, What the hell - I'll try it. AND IT WORKED. I'm just blown away.
