For the record, I clicked "like" about the french cheese this weekend. But I wish there were a dislike button for yet another migraine. You poor thing. I can't imagine. I used to get sinus headaches a lot and I would literally lie in bed pressing on my sinus cavities and wanting to cry at the pain. I've heard migraines are even worse. I hope you can find a solution to help you. A drug, an oxygen treatment - something! You shouldn't have to suffer with this :( Hugs to you my friend.

Good morning, JB and menu crew! I'm really excited that you get to have a cheese parade!
i woke up at my normal 5:30 to feed the cat and had a terrible pounding headache. Popped some Tylenol and went back to bed. Seemed to help some, but I still feel it. Maybe coffee will help.
I don't have much planned for today except going to the gym (I think I pulled a butt muscle yesterday). I also need to run out for a new shower curtain liner since my cat decided to climb ours last night and tore it to shreds. My cat has NEVER climbed curtains so I don't know if she just thought she needed a new adventure or what. Oy vey.
qotd: I LOVE CHEESE all of it. I've been cutting back because I thought I was eating too many calories and cheese was a culprit. I think my overall favorite is swiss, but I had a smoked provolone once that was divine and there's a local cheese maker who has garlic dill curds that I love as a snack. Over thanksgiving my aunt in Tulsa had a cranberry orange cheddar. It was amazing.
Breakfast: coffee first, then I might make some scrambled eggs and sausage.
Lunch: chicken chili
dinner is out with friends to celebrate my job transition and it's both of their birthdays over the weekend. We've chosen a new Mexican place. I usually get fajitas and don't eat the tortillas.

OMG...a cheese parade! How do I not have one in my life?!
I literally think this might be the most difficult QOTD. I love goat cheese. I love havarti cheese. I am obsessed with creamy burrata on a cheese board at a nice Italian restaurant. I love all cheeses except blue cheese and swiss I guess. When I was in Paris earlier this year, I literally hit up a fromagerie every single day at least once to buy hunks of cheese and ate them for breakfast and with my afternoon wine :) Heaven!
B: Speaking of cheese, my daily breakfast cheese is really boosting my calories so I am going to try to straight up eat my deli chicken for breakfast today, sans avocado and sans cheese. The sacrifice is real y'all. I am weighing out 5 oz and taking it with me to the car dealership. I'm so thrilled I need a $300 service the same month as Christmas. Sigh... Oh and I already had my coffee with 3 measured tbsp of half and half and some sugar-free Caramel Creme Cheesecake syrup. I know have five bottles of various flavors. I have to chill out on buying them!
L: Leftover tuna (with artichoke, roasted red pepper, green olives, feta cheese, salt, pepper, olive oil). I had it for dinner last night too. SO high protein! And I will have another serving leftover for tomorrow's lunch.
D: Shrimp cakes - a new recipe I found in Food Network magazine. Chop up a pound of shrimp, mix with 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs, 1 egg, thinly sliced scallions, lemon zest, hungarian paprika, salt and pepper, and pan fry. I think they will be good. I imported the recipe into MFP and if it's 4 servings, each serving is 221 calories, 29 g protein, 13.5 fat, 7.3 carbs. Nice.
E: Boxing class tonight! I love the energy of this class, it's awesome. It also completes my goal of 4 hours of gym classes in a week (S/T/W/Th). Yay for me.
Have a wonderful day, everyone!
OMG - trying your shrimp cakes.....You always have such great ideas!!!
