Hi Daisy!!! I love seeing you here :) And your menu looks so good, minus the black licorice lol. I think that's one of those foods that you either love it or hate it!
My pouch hates raw carrots. Hates. I have been obsessed with those mini cucumbers and mini sweet peppers recently. I like your idea of using a baby bel cheese with the veggies. I have started adding dry ranch seasoning to plain greek yogurt as a veggie dip. It's awesome and ups my protein. But your protein is already through the roof - go you!

Like JB I am going to try and get on here more often. The Menu thread was 100% a contributor to my success, so I would like to try to give back if I can.
So confession, the black licorice is my "secret" weapon on how I go to the bathroom. I don't eat a lot of fat in my diet (my choice) so I need help going and black licorice seems to do the trick!
My pouch early out hated carrots as well. Its fine now but I do find that carrots of all veggies fill me up really fast. I also love cukes and sweet peppers, especially peppers.. Peppers here are really expensive and carrots are cheap so hence the carrots.
I am a bit obsessed (in a good or bad way depending on you want to look at it) at keeping my protein at 100 grams or more a day. Its left over from when I was a newbie and everyone stressed high protein, low carb. I do love the idea of ranch seasoning in greek yogurt, will have to steal that idea from you!
