P.S. I forgot to post about exercise. I wish I was a gym rat, but I'm not. I usually do yoga twice a week and some kind of cardio twice a week (pool-based activity, Zumba, W.E.R.Q., or the recumbent cross-training thing). Although that's more than I did pre-op, so there's that...

I have joined the ranks of the drops outs. I learned this week that I should only do the AMAW/CAMAW when I"m not on the road. Although I didn't have the discipline to get through the week, I did learn a bit more about planning and access for the future!
