QOTD: it seems I have no traditions anymore with family scattered... even with Brothers and nieces and nephews, it's hard when everyone is older and are going different directions.

Pouch didn't want scheduled dinner after a few bites, so ended up eating a Quest PB protein cookie. Which I had to kinda gag down. Sometimes it's just food.

B: Fairlife latte, overnight oats w/protein

L: pork carnitas, veggies

D: grilled chicken parmigiana on spinach

S: protein, PB on corn thin (like a rice cake but really thin), eggs

ex: gym

Good morning,

I thought I would post before I get busy running errands. My cat started biting me when I try to trim her nails so I'm taking her to the vet since I'm getting scratched up really bad and can't wait till her next appointment.

Qotd no tradition since my mom and grandma has passed away.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna and cottage cheese

S if they have something that is protein forward at work

D pork chop

G'morning all!

It's Fri-YAY!!! We've been having stormy weather in my neck of the woods, which is good for the rainfall. I just hope people in the fire devastated areas are OK because now you worry about mudslides.

QOTD: we always go so see the Nutcracker ballet in the city. We usually have a xmas eve party at our home but this year we can't because we are leaving town on 12/20.
