I have to buy separates - pant size is 34, coat size I am more comfy in a 46 as I have broad shoulders.

Thanks, that would be a super athletic cut or a lot of tailoring. I am 46 now, hoping to get down to 42 before I am done losing. I'm not sure about pants, I don't trust the sizing on the inexpensive ones I am buying. Probably vanity sized.

Wonderful photos - you really look great! But now you've made me hungry! I'm going to have to make myself some salmon today!

Good Morning JB and Menu peeps!

I am so over this week. I don't know what it is but Friday is the worst day for me being tired and just not wanting to do anything. Robotics club after school was fun. The kids were so excited and did such great work. I am definitely learning from them because robotics is out of my territory.

Hoping to finish shopping this weekend and also doing my wrap-a-thon while watching Christmas movies 24-7. I do it all in one day - complete with homemade bows and ribbons.

QOTD: My husband doesn't have fond memories of the holidays so he is sort of a Grinch but... we have tickets to go to Hershey Park in Hershey, PA to see the park decorated for Christmas. We are also going to NYC on the 15th to see the decorations, shops, etc there. I do not know if this will become 'our' thing but anything to help him through his funk.

Accountability: I guess I too am kind of a CAMAW drop-out. I am trying to be more mindful but yesterday I popped a Hershey Kiss in my mouth that someone left in my teacher mailbox. I am still making good choices during the remainder of the day but little things are sneaking in!

11 months out and 162 pounds

M1: 8 ounces of milk and then a scrambled egg

M2: PP chocolate shake

M3: ham/cheese & turkey/cheese roll-ups with mustard

M4: chicken sausage

M5: 8 ounces of milk

The picture is from the Christmas tree lighting we went to last weekend in the little town of North East. The mayor spoke and then a local pastor told a story incorporating the Birth of Christ and said a prayer before the big man in the red suit made an appearance. I was so pleasantly surprised but happy at the same time. It was such a warm experience during the freezing cold temperatures.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

You look great!

I am amazed that you wrap all your gifts in a day and make your own bows! I am not a good wrapper so I literally wrap like 3 things per day for a month...otherwise it would be a terrible day ha ha. The kids love that we put the tree up the week before Thanksgiving and there were already about 20 gifts to put under it!
