WOW Mike...you are really maintaining fabulously! You look so healthy and fit. That's awesome that you get to visit new places with work. And I am impressed that you work out when you are traveling. I know (from experience) it's an effort to pack workout clothes and drag your butt out of bed struggling with jet lag to do so, so kudos to you!
Thank you Emily - it means a lot coming from someone who has had WLS. Sadly I do not see it, I am obsessed with weighing 195 lbs. I get to 199 and then I falter. My clothes fit the same, though I cant wear slim fit anymore as my calves are too big. I know that I have gained muscle, but still want the scale to read 195.
One funny - did you notice the size of the suitcase of mine vs my colleagues? LOL....I pack light and get my laundry done along the way.

Ohhh the way our minds mess with us.
I see a fit, athletic, strong, lean man who prioritizes his health, plans his menus, posts on a support board, and packs workout clothes to continue building muscle even while on a work trip. I see a man who can easily sit in a plane seat on a 14+ hour trip from NY to China. I see a man who chooses fish as his meal while on said work trip, as opposed to a bowl of noodles.
And it makes me sad that you see a man who needs to lose 4 lbs :(
You're doing great and all we can do is keep plugging along and trying to make maintenance work. Maybe you will get to 195 again, maybe you will stay at 199...but either way, you are going to live so much longer for Ryley and the fam!
Thanks Emily - I needed that reinforcement, I should focus more on the fact that I am healthier, and off 6 meds...I am better now my friend. Thank you

Hi Mike, great job - if you don't mind me asking, what suit size is 195-200?
