I al so played that game! Now I weigh daily and give myself no room to pretend. It is what it is, and for me it's better to know. Plus the years I weighed daily were slender years. It helps to keep me honest.

Missed posting yesterday. Was away from the computer all day!

Day 3 and still going strong. Not sure why I don't eat this way ALL THE TIME! Seriously. My pouch is working again. I was convinced it was broke and I had stretched it beyond all help. The ham I had last night clarified that. And honestly dense protein reminds me of that when I measure and weight and eat it first. Why do I stray? I'm so weak when it comes to food. It really is a daily battle.

QOTD: I have stopped weighing. I probably need to get back at it. Scale needed batteries-then I was on the up swing and here I am 22 pounds heavier. So yeah, I need to get back on the scale.

I'm going to wait till the end of the challenge to weigh. I got weighed at the Dr's office on Friday. so I know where I started from.

Great job Lori. Nothing like dense protein to show us our pouch is in great condition.

This challenge is very helpful, at least for me, as a ctrl+alt+delete to reset my mind.

Hello,

Its getting better each day. I was craving nasty stuff the first two days but today it seems better.

Funny you asked about the scale, I usually weigh every Monday but was curious today how I'm doing and it was down 7.6 pounds. I was happy. I couldn't do the daily weighing, it would drive me nuts.

Yesterday I had an extra coffee from the gas station so it wasn't my usual cream and my friend brought over some dinner and I only ate The bbq meat from it with a small piece of roast so my carbs were higher than the day before.

Calories 1093 protein 120 carbs 30.
