What's on your Wednesday menu RNYers?
I thought about the whole 'Indian style' sitting when I was writing my answer. How things have changed.
I of course also have a food memory...
There will be plenty of event days this coming month, so trying to clean things up on the rest of the days.... yup... the blink and lose weight days are gone.

Hello RnYers! Happy Wednesday!
Busy stressful day here but it will all work out. The scale is back down from the 1/2 pound gain it showed yesterday, so I weighed in at 135.6 today. I think it was up not only because of extra cheese, but because I had a snack late at night. I do feel it's helpful to stop eating several hours before sleeping. Anyway, back down today.
QOTD: I remember tons about kindergarten. We had a gentle, kind nun as our teacher. I was younger than most, having entered as a 4-year old. I remember our Christmas play (I was one of a host of angels wearing nightgowns), and our St. Patrick's Day assembly contribution (we sang a song with a couple of simple dance steps added. The song's lyrics began with "H-A-double R-I-G-A-N spells Harrigan". I think it was from a TV show way back then). I remember the nightmare of trying to learn how to tie shoelaces. I remember learning the Hokey-Pokey, and having notes home pinned to our clothes. I remember having a crush on a boy named Michael until one day when we were all seated at long tables, co loring. I sat across from him, and asked him if I could use one of he colors he had piled up in front of his drawing. He promptly refused. That immediately disabused me of my infatuation - I remember thinking in surprise that he wasn't that nice after all! But that was after I convinced my parents to name my baby brother Michael!
First: big mugs of tea
B: ham
L: tuna
D: chicken sausage
Have a great day my friends!
Good afternoon,
OHad another busy morning, counseling and shopping with a friend. Bought some stuff at Goodwill and dollar tree.
Qotd I remember the teacher and bits and pieces of it.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
D eye of round beef roast
Have a good day

Happy Wednesday all!
Qotd - I don't remember much of my childhood,
makes for entertaining conversations with my cousins and childhood friends, lol. I do remember a play in Kindergarten. I was a carrot. Because I had orange hair. The tops of carrots are green, not orange, stupid teacher. (I'm not scarred at all, am I?)
accountability - it's been crap. I'm on work travel so last night after work I went to the grocery store and picked up dinners for the week (roltinis), yogurts and nuts. I ate the whole pack of roltinis, and handful of nuts until I was sick and still wanted more! It was awful, I ended up turning out the lights and going to bed at 730 so I would stop eating. Only saving grace was being in the hotel and not at home with a full pantry. I am supposed to be CAMAW so why did I even buy nuts?! Fail!!! I am posting at 1 pm though and I'm still on track for the day so progress!
menu today
b - chobani
L - roltini - not the whole pack
s - chomps
d - rest of the roltini
Es if needed - dannon light and fit
Puts me at 780/75/29
Havw a wonderful Wednesday!

I was always tall so in first grade I was chosen to play the mother in our play which was a Mother's Day - Flowers for mother or something.
We had to wear dresses in those days and I had to stand at the front of the stage for my part and kept pulling on my dress I think because I was afraid of someone looking up it.... anyway I kept getting yelled at and was demoted to a flower. :/ That teacher also demoted my reading group that year. Demoted twice in first grade. Boo.

Good Morning!
Well almost afternoon now. Day 3 of CAMAW and I'm loving it. I question why I don't follow this all the time, every time I do it. It's only day 3, I'm sure by day 6 I'd kill for some veggies, but for now I'll ride the happy wave. :)
QOTD: I do. We also had these horrible uniforms. Chocolate Brown and mustard yellow. Girls had smocks, boys had the pants and tops. Looking back? Oh my. Horrible. Our classrooms were in the basement but you had to go up 2 floors to use the washrooms. When you are young and scared that was a LONG walk. I would refuse to go and hold as long as possible. I remember our end of year concert. I had some lines to say. I had NO idea what I was supposed to say and the teacher never questioned it. Night of the show? I said something about long ago and far away. hahahaha. My parents still laugh about it. The poor teacher was horrified, and the person behind me decided to go off script as well. HAHAHAHA. Chain reaction. The parents loved it. :)
Menu:
Breakfast: Vanilla premier protein
Snack: Tuna 2oz-I had 4 but I was pretty full
Lunch: Chicken 4-0z and some wiggle sauce. LOL
Snack: Cheese or yogurt IF needed
Supper: Ham!
Exercise: Walk at lunch. No gym tonight. I'm going to see a Star is Born. Can't wait!
Have a great one!!

Brown, gold and smocks? Eek!
I remember my mother bought my sister and I these matching smock dresses from Sears Roebuck and Co -as it was called then....and I hated wearing it. It is in one of my school pictures so I can't forget.
Very funny memory.

Very vivid kindergarten memories. It's the only time I was in class with my sister. The teacher never was able to tell us apart. My eyeroll game was strong. We just decided to not play along with her rules. We answered to each other's names and we were probably seen as little ******** It's good we didn't end up together again until high school.
The only thing I wanted to do in kindergarten was read. It wasn't "allowed". I loved first grade. All those books!
I'm not eating sugar. Detox day 3. Lots of fluid and meat. My brain is still only thinking of pie. Or cake. Or something.
