What's on your Tuesday menu RNYers?

Morning all! Just a quick drive by. I actually caught up with my trainees' output before they got here this morning so I have a few minutes of "free time"!

Life has been very hectic with work, house and yard (lots of leaves) and appointments for DW. She is still not doing well and it is a struggle to keep up with everything.

Doing relatively well food-wise. All I feel like eating and drinking much of the time is black coffee and carbs. Most days I drink too much coffee but have been able to mostly limit my carbs and stay protein forward. I am still working with my trainer 2 days a week and running or walking 2-3 days a week. There are also the long hours of hard yardwork that burn off lots of calories! Weight has been staying stable through it all.

QOTD: I love Giving Tuesday and always try to save a bit from my Consumer Therapy for some of my favorite causes. Sometimes I give physical gifts and other times $$. I also give through work and other times during the year. I'm glad that traditions for Small Businesses and Giving have been added to the personal spending...!

Menu:

B1: coffee and 5 almonds (yes, Amy, just 5!)

B2: ham steak

S: Chomps

L: fish, salad

S: salmon jerky

D: hopefully Taco Tuesday tortilla-less fish tacos...thanks JB!

It is cold and very windy, but I want to get out a lunch for a walk and maybe some leaf gathering tonight before it gets too dark to see.

Nice to see you Janet! It's important that you take care of yourself while attending to DW's needs.

SO hard to have time and space for ME. I run all day and when I get home there is so much to do to keep up. Frankly, I'm just exhausted alot of the time.

5 almonds only works first thing in the morning for me. In the evening I'd eat them by the handful, at least!
