What's on your Tuesday menu RNYers?
Yes can you believe it's been 5 years! Wow!
i usually stick with the same breakfast and snacks. Lunch and dinner vary slightly. I try to stay out of the restaurants too.
I couldn't finish my dinner last night because of the dense protein. That's awesome. You're right the crap can slide right through.
Coffee...I love fru fru coffe drinks. I do use cashew milk and almond milk creamer but yes the calories pile on quickly. I will get to that eventually.
i have 40 lbs to lose. There I said it. Ugh. But yes much better than saying 150 lbs to lose. It's not the pouch that fails me it's my mind. The surgery doesn't work on our brain.

Good morning! I slept through the night and I am feeling awesome. Yesterday was a great day with AMAW. I am really missing my cottage cheese though.
QOTD- I always give to my seniors. I also like to help families out that are struggling. I consider it tithing.
Food for today-
2 black coffee, 1 with miralax
4 oz ham with mustard
naked jerky
4 oz turkey breast
Tuna with SG poppyseed dressing
Lots of water and vitamins always.
Quick post before I head to work. Weather here is miserable cold and blowing so Lily and I only got in 2 miles but I got quite a few steps in at work. Weight today is 126.6 . QOTD I am celebrating Giving Tuesday by my free work here at the Midwest Distribution Center that makes and ships out the flood buckets and dignity kits all over the country and world. Also my work with Nomads is all for non profit churches and camps. Heres the food for the day B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3 thin slices deli turkey and 1 slice cheese D 4 oz of whatever protein hubby cooks S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Accountability fair with not as much exercise as I would have liked and a handful of extra peanut butter filled pretzels. Part of my job is getting snack set out and it was lucky I only ate what I did as there was banana bread and muffins that called my name all day. Today I WILL stick to only coffee. Yes I will. Lily and I will get at least 2 miles in before supper even if I have to add extra layers as its a whopping 17 with windchill near 0. Tomorrow is forecast to warm up a bit though. Have a great day everyone and make your best choices! Later!
Karen, I am always impressed with all that you give!

Good morning! Good luck with your field trip. I am sending 75 2nd graders to the Aquarium today, and I could not be more thankful that I am not going. The Boston Aquarium is a super cool place but it is literally pitch black with blacklights and field trips there are a nightmare.
QOTD: Yes, every year at this time I give money to my alma mater, Planned Parenthood, and a local youth legal fund. Also, if anyone is looking for a great cause--I am a co-leader of an urban "turn around" school in Boston that is always in need of resources. We have two #givingtuesday campaigns happening right now: Donor's Choose 1 & Donor's Choose 2. Every penny helps us get our students what they need!
Accountability: Almost perfect on CAMAW but I walked in the door last night and threw a few bits of chocolate in my mouth mindlessly. I will be better today.
B: Coffee with almond milk & 2 eggs
MS: Turkey Breast
L: Ham
AS: Bacon
D: Turkey Meatballs and Parm Cheese
Exercise: Nope. I woke up even sicker today and literally cannot breathe. Not happening :(
Hope you feel better soon!

The field trip was great and I believe our students were the best behaved at the Kimmel Center! So proud of them.
