Good morning everyone!! I am excited for AMAW starting today!! I am headed into town with my daughter to drop off her jeep at the dealership and to get snow tires on my son's car. Even though we are running errands, I love my time with her. I am going to grab a few groceries to set myself up to be very successful for the week.
QOTD- I am not really a big Cyber Monday shopper. We do a very minimal Christmas and I don't really need anything.
Food for Today-
2 c. black coffee with Miralax
4 oz ham
Naked Jerky and chomps in my purse for town
4 oz shredded chicken breast with hot sauce
Can of Albacore Tuna with SG poppyseed dressing
Lots of water and hot tea and vitamins always

Good morning Menu friends. What a busy weekend, we finished all of our Christmas decorating yesterday , it was a mild evening and was able to get all of the outside stuff completed. I hope you all had a good holiday.
QOTD - I will look and see if any of the items on my list are on sale today. we were out at 5 am on Black Friday as is our tradition.

That's awesome that you're all decorated! Since I"m going to be listing my house after the first of the year, I'm skipping decorating this year -- too much to do as it is. I will enjoy my morning walks as the neighborhood gets decorated, although when the inflatables are uninflated early in the morning, it some times looks disturbingly like crime scenes.

Morning! Look at me posting a menu! I just decided to hide in my office with the door shut for about 10 minutes...I will try to do this more often.
QOTD: I already bought so much online on Friday. I am not sure I have anything else left to get today but I will see if any ads catch my eye.

Exercise: Committing to 15 minutes a day (not much but it is a start!). Today was 15 minutes on the elliptical and I hope to feel well enough to Peach's Jack/Squat challenge tonight.

Good job stealing time for yourself!! I did my first jumping jacks in years this morning...they were easier now than 100+ lbs ago but still kicked my butt.

I'm excited to start CAMAW today!!
I almost forgot and had some team timbits....but I remembered very quickly!! :) All our teams are changing here at work, people are moving, and it's just chaos, so the director brought in timbits to make the move better.
QOTD: I didn't buy anything on Friday so I'm hoping today something catches my eye. I'm at work, so it will be on lunch that I go looking.
B: PP vanilla Shake, Decaf Tea with more PP Vanilla as cream
S: Lemon and dill can of tuna
L: Crack chicken 4oz.
D: Ham
Forgot my vitamins at home. GRRR. I'm having a Monday for real.
