Family Judgement
Do you talk about your weight loss journey with your family? If so, stop doing that. Perhaps by over-sharing, you have given them the impression that they can talk about it and give you advice. Tell them to stop giving you advice. Tell them you will only discuss your weight loss and eating habits with your medical team. As others have said, set clear boundaries and stick to them.
Eating real food is normal. We cannot live on shakes the rest of our lives. Make sure you are sticking to appropriate portion sizes and log every bite. I lost 200 pounds in 14 months by doing that (and have kept 190 of that off for 10 years now). Stay diligent!!
