AMAW/CAMAW Reminder

I am traveling all week but I?m going to try CAMAW as much as possible!

Edited to add goals - i think I have been over indulging in things with sugar alcohols and I'll use the week to get away from those. If I lost 3-5 lbs this week that's a bonus!

I'm totally in! This is to detox and reset from my indiscretions and to get back to being goal minded! After some thought, I will be doing CAMAW. I really need eggs in my life and cream in my coffee! I will give up my other C's though - cheese and yogurt. So ready!!

after going back & forth on this, I decided to do a modified CAMAW. Modified because I have enough issues with constipation as it is - I don't want to do something that's going to land me in the ER by the end of the week! So I'm going to continue with my morning berries (on my yogurt) and allow myself non-starchy vegetables. In other words, back to basics. I'm going to shoot for keeping my carbs under 80 and my calories at around 1500 (the bottom of my maintenance range - I've been at the top (and over on a few days) for the last several days. BAD! I hope to be back to 148 by the end of the week (so about 3 lbs - but we'll see where I'm at tomorrow morning so I'll know how far I have to go!)

I'm in! I will do CAMAW. My DH just went to the local dairy and bought a half gallon of fresh milk and 2 different kinds of fresh cheese. I simply cannot let those go to waste. He is lactose intolerant and won't eat or drink dairy so it is up to me. I just dropped two pounds over the Thanksgiving holiday and now weigh 163.5. I would love to be 160 at the end of the week. Thanks for taking charge!

I am late to read this and join but I am in for CAMAW. I just happened to pack a CAMAW lunch today so I will run with it. It's a good reason to ignore the billions of leftover desserts in the house!
